Flow Desert LLC (“Flow Desert,” “we,” or “us”) operates FlowDesert Concierge and the website at flowdesert.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are based in La Quinta, California, and this policy complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you fill out a form, and automatically when you visit our website.
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, and phone number submitted via our contact or application forms
- Business name and type
- Any message or details you include in a form submission
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on the site
- Referring URL and general geographic region (city or region level, not precise location)
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party ad networks, or behavioral advertising cookies on this website.
We use the information we collect solely to operate our business and respond to your inquiries. Specifically:
- To respond to demo requests and application submissions
- To contact you about FlowDesert Concierge and whether it is a fit for your business
- To deliver and improve the FlowDesert Concierge service for active clients
- To send service-related communications (not marketing) to existing clients
- To comply with legal obligations
When a business becomes a FlowDesert Concierge client, our AI assistant Mia interacts with that business’s inbound leads via SMS and email. In that context, we collect and store on the client’s behalf:
- Lead name and contact information (phone number and/or email address)
- Conversation transcripts between Mia and the lead
- Lead qualification status (HOT, WARM, or COLD)
- Timestamps and channel data
This data is collected as a service provider on behalf of our clients. It is not used for any purpose beyond delivering the FlowDesert Concierge service. If you are a consumer whose information was processed through Mia, please contact the business you were communicating with directly, or reach out to us at hello@flowdesert.com and we will assist you.
FlowDesert Concierge sends SMS messages on behalf of our clients to leads who have initiated contact via text. By texting a FlowDesert-powered business line, you consent to receive automated SMS replies related to your inquiry.
- Every initial SMS reply from Mia includes an opt-out notice (“Reply STOP to opt out”)
- Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END immediately removes you from all further messages on that line
- Reply HELP for help or contact hello@flowdesert.com
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
- Message frequency varies based on lead and inquiry volume
- SMS message routing is handled by Twilio, Inc., subject to Twilio’s own privacy policy
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages
- Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using FlowDesert services
If you believe you received an SMS message in error or wish to be removed from a business’s contact list, reply STOP to the number that contacted you, or email hello@flowdesert.com with the phone number and we will assist you.
Your information is stored on the following third-party platforms, each of which maintains its own security practices:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets) for email and lead data storage
- Twilio for SMS message routing and delivery
- Stripe for payment processing (we never store card numbers ourselves)
- DigitalOcean for workflow automation infrastructure
- Anthropic for AI response generation via API. Conversation content is processed by Anthropic per their API usage and privacy policies. Anthropic does not use API conversation data to train models by default.
Access to your data is restricted to Flow Desert personnel and, where applicable, the specific client whose account the data belongs to. We do not grant third-party access to your data.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions
- Right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@flowdesert.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
- Form submission data is retained for as long as our business relationship is active or as needed for legal purposes
- Client lead data is retained for the duration of the client’s account, and deleted within 30 days of account cancellation
- Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe’s data practices
This website uses minimal cookies. We may use basic session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. If you disable cookies in your browser, the site will still function normally.
FlowDesert Concierge is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at hello@flowdesert.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
